At WOLFpak, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all patches and accessories are included, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
